In Terms of sale, there are defined rules whose observance by the seller and the customer ensure successful completion of sales transactions by Novak Online Shop store.
General conditions
1. Novak Online Shop accepts VISA, MasterCard and Maestro payment cards
2. In the case of an error during the purchase (eg break of the Internet connection or unavailability of credit card processor...), customers account will not be debited.
3. If the customer enters wrong information [name,surname, address, card number] during the purchase process, Novak Online Shop is not responsible for undelivered service.
4. After successful payment on the Internet, user will get feedback in the form of a summary of all elements of purchase.All relevant transaction data will be sent to you by e-mail address listed as the contact address to which you wish to receive confirmation of successful transaction.

C O N V E R S I O N
All payments will be effected in Serbian currency - dinar (RSD). The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euro into Serbian dinar according to the current exchange rate of the Serbian National Bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our web site.
When converting dinars to euros, we used the rate of 104 RSD for 1 euro.
